Full Start to Finish Service
We would send an invoice for the full amount – once paid we start the process. You will need to collect D2 and D4 forms from the post office.
D2 is for your application for provisional. You fill this in.
D4 is the medical form; the doctor fills this in.
You then attend an arranged medical and send both forms to DVLA. Upon your license being returned, you get back in touch for the next stage.
